Hello, I have a very simple app, with images that go from one screen to another screen, like a book. Every test has been correct, but now that I have all the illustrations finshed and ready, the app does not work in my Android tablet:

1) Many times it does not download correctly, after several tries sometimes (not always) works

2) When it is downloaded, when you press an image (defined to go to the next screen) it flips two pages (for example, if in page 4, it goes to page 6)

Can you help, please? I have a time rush because we planned to send this app before Christmas…

How can I send you you what files?

Please share what mobile OSes, versions and devices you are testing on? For example, Galaxy S3, Android 4.0.4 or iPad2 iOS 6.0.1…

We are working to improve download reliability to devices.

To help us understand how the UI can firing multiple screen transitions:
0) does the inconsistent screen transition happen 100 percent?
1) can you provide a few screenshots of the screens that are performing this invalid transistion (shrink them down if possible)
2) did you code any screen transition logic using the phoneui.js apis or did you use the OnClick(GotoScreen) action?

If it is easier to share your entire project code with use please feel free to post it as an alternative or a working example that demo’s the problem may be most expedient. We mainly need to replicate the problem before we can make recommendations or take action. If you don’t want to share app details publicly please send them to support at genuitec dot com and title them “mobione app data from mansilvcas”

Please share what mobile OSes, versions and devices you are testing on? For example, Galaxy S3, Android 4.0.4 or iPad2 iOS 6.0.1… My tablet is ASUS transformer TF101, android version 4.0.3, touch panel MXT-1.1 build 170

0) does the inconsistent screen transition happen 100 percent? No, it is 98 percent, but the inconsistency is not consistent, with some screens sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t, normally does not work
1) can you provide a few screenshots of the screens that are performing this invalid transistion (shrink them down if possible) I sent the to your support mail
2) did you code any screen transition logic using the phoneui.js apis or did you use the OnClick(GotoScreen) action? No, just in the On Click, with the Go to Screen action, no programming at all
