I installed the Callisto release of Eclipse with your 5.0 product under Linux, and had frequent crashes so I went back to my previously installed 4.1.1 install, but the application servers are not working correctly. I go to the Window->Preferences->MyEclipse->Application Servers->Tomcat 5 all is correct (a previous problem would manifest itself if the JDK was incorrectly set here; it is correct now)

When I try to deploy a project, Tomcat5 appears as a choice, but the deploy location is blank.

Did trying 5.0 hose my 4.1.1 install?

Edit your project properties, go to MyEclipse-Web and make sure both boxes have values in them. Most likely your 2nd box, the web root context, is empty. It should have something like /myapp in it.
