after I sent my app on the apple store they replied with the following message, the app store for Android okay. The application has been tested in the center of it all works MobiOne is what can I do?

We found that your app exhibited one or more bugs, when reviewed on iPhone 5 and iPad (3 Gen) running iOS 6.1.3, on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.

Specifically, we noticed that after launching the app, an indefinitely spinning wheel is displayed.
