All provisioning and other issues are OK and the native app will install on the iPad just fine under ad hoc developer distribution to limited devices for testing.
It will not, however, install on the iPhone.
All device UDIDs and provisioning files are correct.
Downloading and install works absolutely perfect on the iPad.
What would cause an app to install OK on the iPad, but not on the iPhone.
Hi, just checking but is both your devices on the same iOS software, if not and your phone is on a 7.1 beta then Mobione is not ready yet, we are awaiting a fix
Thanks for that heads up about version.
The problem, it seems, was that the end device was trying to download the app from a Starbucks wi-fi and not their own in-house server. 4-hours of mucking around before we found that out and ceased trying to solve the issue.
The device downloaded the app while user was riding a train home from Manhattan/NYC.
Aggravating situation to say the least.
So, bottom line – don’t let the app be tested by anyone sitting in Starbucks!!!!
