Hi, can you advise until today I had no problem downloading from the appcenter to my phone but today the email confirms that it has arrived but when you try to install the screen is blank with no option to see the install my last build was 12075322, this build said iOS build completed successfully but was not able to download your application. Your application is available online:http://goo.gl/lpdwe, the other build said that it was sent fine but again nothing on the screen? any ideas as my emails seem fine?
I just tested the ios build services and am able to receive the email notification, launch the web installer and successfully install and run a test app. Usually when a download fails this indicates a network glitch of some sort. Please try this:
1) run a new build and see if the email and OTA installation processes succeed
If not then
2) try to isolate the problem by building a completely new test app and see if it can be downloaded and installed via the email link and OTA web app.Please let us know your results.
If the issue persists also include mobione version and if using 2.5 milestone-2 include the App Center Cordova version setting (2.2 or 2.9).Wayne, for info I have already tried a test app and that failed also, I even tried doing the app in 2.2 after 2.9 failed with no luck, I will retry again and let you know the outcome.
Wayne, apologies, I have just solved the issue when I tried to respond back to you the last time, the capcatcha said to check JavaScript so went into Safari to find it in the off position, not sure why but I can now see the install info, can you close this post, thanks again
