Is there a way so all pages loaded takes on the CSS color scheme of the main page? so I dont have to manually go through and change each list item, button, background, etc..?

You are referring to a common UI theme. Themes are not yet supported. We have been discussing how to weave in such a capability for the very reason you mention.

So its not possible to overwrite using a custom CSS sheet in the additional CSS options?
Where would the additional css option come into play?

Apologies, but you are correct that you can provide your own css to override the default styles created by the Design Center code-generator. So I have only used custom styles to tweak text formatting. I have not tried application-wide style changes. Let us know how it works for you.
