The Auto-completion of code across my project don’t work in angular-cli 6.0.x. In angular-cli 1.x worked.

Thank you for bringing this up. We do have full Angular 6 support in the works as part of our upcoming Angular 2018 release that is in final development right now. Part of that work involves integrating the CodeMix technology base into the Angular IDE 2018 product. If you need a short term path to keep content assist going, you can install the CodeMix Tech Preview from the Eclipse Marketplace — it’ll play nice with your current software.

I will mention that the full Angular IDE 2018 is more integrated than what you’ll get just installing the two products together but it’ll get you closer!
