Hello Travis.

Thank you for sending the file. I have found the issue, your .wrkspc is missing the header that specifies the directory where it should be copied. All you need to do is to add this line to your current file:

#.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.ui.workbench/workbench.xml

And that should fix your problems. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
