Hi

i’m finding a multi-platform Tools (android and ios)

is it possible with mobilone done a application with a background task ?

for example a scheduler that each days create a notification or/and run a application/activity.

not at this time. MobiOne apps are cross-platform hybrid html5 apps and do not support backgrounding at this time.
