please look to below picture, i cant see this bar on my iphone 5 when i publish the App.

how can i resolve this issue?

Hi bin-salmeen,

Could you clarify if on iphone5 if you are testing as a native app. The screenshot illustrates use of a GotoURL action with the native popup options set. If you are running in a browser, then the native behaviors do not apply and you can only open the url in a new browser window or replace the current browser content with the url.

i just publish it, then open the link on iphone, after that add to homescreen!!!

i believe it is a native app! but why this is not working??

It sounds like you are running this as a webapp, not a native app. For a native app you need to publish it with the Apple Developer Certificate and Provisioning file. Are you registered as an Apple Developer? If so I can point you to some info on how to do this.
