    Hi,

i have played around a little bit with MyEclipse Reports. I can say it is very easy
    to use 🙂

But i have a question. Is there any possibility to add a barcode, e.g. for an EAN, to
a report. I have no idea where i have to start.

    Any suggestions are welcome.

I tried a barcode font and it didn’t seem to work. Anyone had any luck with this?

Are you sure you’ve got the barcode font installed and accessible everywhere it’s needed? Have you looked for a library that will generate and return a barcode as an image?

Ive had success using barbecue (a sourceforge project) with web based reports. Didn’t use BIRT to generate the report but it was web based and we did generate a barcode image that was utilized in a browser for id badge generation.
