In addition to what Scott said, I’d say switch to the debug perspetive and just hit the “Play” button to continue, I’ve seen exceptions on startups in almost all app servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic) cause the debugger to stop like it’s at a break point, I have no idea why, but if you just hit continue it works fine.
