Beta 2 Breaks Debug View?

    I installed the 3.8 Beta 2 and now when I try to open up the debug perspective/debug view – I get:
    unable to instantiate view:org.eclipse.debug.ui.DebugView

    in the log it has:
    java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/eclipse/ui/IPerspectiveListener2

    Any thoughts?

    when I uninstalled beta 2 – and re-installed beta 1 – the problem is fixed – it was not fixed when I uninstalled beta 2 and reinstalled beta 2

    You are running a late M-build or early RC-build of Eclipse, please update to Eclipse 3.0 Final release (Build ID: 200406251208)
