I currently have a MyEclipse Blue license, however, my Windows 7 computer died and it was replaced with a Mac running OSX Lion. Since there is no MEB available for OSX can I transfer my license from Blue to standard MyEclipse or MyEclipse for Spring?

The MyEclipse Blue license can be used with MyEclipse Pro. If you want to convert the Blue license to Spring license then you can write to subscriptions@genuitec.com along with your subscription details.

Thanks, I was able to active Pro with my Blue license.
