    My setup:
OS: Windows 2K with SP 4
    Eclipse: 3.0M6
    MyEclipse: 3.7RC2, freshly installed
    JDK: j2sdk1.4.2_02

I have 2 ejb modules and 1 web module. I created an EAR project, initially with the 2 ejb modules. Later on, I try to add the web module to the eap project. So I right-click on the ear project > MyEclipse > Add and Remove Modules… then add the web module.

    Results:
.mymetadat file got all 3 modules.
application.xml includes only the 2 ejb modules. (bug?)

After adding the ear project deployment, using JBoss 3.2.3, browsing the exploded ear directory shows that all 3 modules got deployed, but the application.xml was incorrect because of the missing web module.

    How do I resolve this?
    thanks.

Interesting. I’ve opened a bug report with your description attached so that it will be researched before 2.7 GA goes out the door. Thanks for taking the time to report the issue.
