    Hi All,

I am running Vista. I downloaded the myeclipse-7.0-win32.exe file and I tried to install it. AT first it says Preparing installer for Myeclipse 7.0. At a certain point I get an error The system can’t find the file. It doesn’t say what file just that it can’t find the file. I already have myeclipse 6.5 installed.

I tried downloading the file again but still the same error. I beleive there is a bug in the installation script.

    Thanks in advance,
    Martyn

    Martyn,
I have used the same installer for setting up MyEclipse 7.0 on my Vista but I did not run into this issue. Can you please make sure the size and the md5sum of the installer you download matches the size and the md5sum mentioned on the download page.

Can you paste the exact error message that you ran into?

Also, as a workaround you can go to http://www.poweredbypulse.com and grab the pulse launcher. After launching the pulse explorer, you can add the MyEclipse profile to it.
