Hi,
I have a Maven project on Myeclipse 2016 CI6 on Windows with project setting
Project -> Properties -> Java compiler -> Annotation Processing -> Enable annotation process enable
Every time when Update Project on Maven Menu (or ALt + f5) the Enable annotation process come disabled.
I have 6 maven projects and I have the same problem on all

Any help please ?

Thank you for pointing to this issue. I could replicate the issue at my end. I have filed a bug for the dev team to work on it.
