What version of Cordova do you have the App Center settings configured?
If you are using the Cordova 3.2 App Center implementation here is a known issue where you must provide a .p12 identify file instead of a pk/cert combination. We hope to resolve this soon.

Are you able to create a test project and sign it using the same pk/cert? If yes, then there is probably a cache issue on the app center cloud. The quickest way around such an issue is to rename your startup .mobi file and run a build.

Thanks for sharing your build ID. Your last reply was unclear if you can successfully build a different project from the project you originally reported as having signing difficulty. The reason for asking if you can build and sign a different project is to help isolate where the problem may reside. Tech support does not have access to secure build info. Thus it is important for us to know the answer to the above question before we can push a request to the infrastructure team.
I escalated the investigation but it will be a little time before I know more.
In the meantime can you try renaming your startup .mobi file and then see if you are able to successfully build your project. It can be as simple as adding a 1 to the end of the filename such as main.mobi to main1.mobi. I’m wondering if there is an issue with your signing data being stuck in the app center cache.
