They said ‘waiting for connection’, after 15 sec….
“Unable to connect to App Center”
    Any ideas why?

    My internet conection is good.

    A few questions:

    1) Is this the 1st time to attempt to build your app using App Center Builder?

    2) from the Design Center can you try the Tools>Send URL to Phone action. Enter any URL and your email address. Then select Finish. Does this window complete or fail?

    Hi Junyi,

Could you share your .log file with us? See #5 http://www.genuitec.com/support-genuitec/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3033

You can either attach to thread or send it via support at genuitec dot com. Use title: Mobione log file from Junyi

Sorry but i’m on Windows XP!

I don’t know how to find the .logs file!
    So i went to “C:\Program File\Mobione Studio\Common\logs

    there are two log files….

    first is “audit-rb-10081-*************”
    the second one is “oneinstall-rb-10081-**********”

    Are they the files?
If so…how am i going to share? by copy and pasting all the contents or uploding to a file hosting website?

    Pls help!

I gave my logs file to support emails yesterday!
Sadly, I have not received any emails or any replies yet! 🙁

Do I still need to wait? It’s been quite some time

    Hi Junyi,

We are still investigating. Will inform you when I have additional information.

    Hi Junyi,

Unfortunatelly, the log files that you provided us only give us information about the installation.

Could you attempt again at <user-home>/.mobione/runtime/.metadata/.log and share your log file with us?

If you can’t see the files you may have to enable viewing hidden files and directories. the leading ‘.’ makes the file hidden by default
