    Hi there
    I want to use the mobiOne program to develop an Iphone app which will have video presentations as part of the app. The issue I have is that they are over 50mb in size and I read in the promotional material that the app could only be a maximum of 50mb. What are my options, how can I resolve the issue?

    @richardbednall,

    A workaround is consider to use streaming video as an option.

    The problem with this is that unless you have a decent 3G signal they buffer and in some areas it would be virtually unusable. Can I buy 4 licenses and have 4 x the capacity?

    @Rashadgl,

    See Wayne response for a similar request to increase the size for apps in App Center:

    We have recently been discussing expanded service capacities. I can’t say anything definitive about potential changes. One of our key goals is to continue providing free access to app center. We all hate being nickel and dimed. But we have requests for 500mb-2Gb apps (approx 50X-2000X larger than the average MobiOne app) or unlimited hosting timeframe (apps and webapps available for download forever) that to support will dramatically increase our cloud services costs to an unsustainable level.

    Hi there
    I don’t expect to have the extra space for free. Its just that with media an increasingly bigger aspect of app design your file limit is too limiting, which is a shame, because instead of building the app myself and saving money, I now have to have the app built for me, so no one wins!
