    Hi everybody,

while building an iOS App, especially while collection the linked “mobi”-files the program stopps working ans returns to the beginning.
I have started the builder many times. But the same problem.

    What could be my problem??

    Thank you.

    Hi Fillauer,

Could you provide us more information about your scenario(mobione version, app size, .log file, …) as is requested on Support Posting Guidelines. We might need your files too. Could you shared them with us? You can either attach to post or send it them via support at genuitec dot com. Use title: mobione data from Fillauer

    Hi,

yes sorry, you get more information :-).

I use the newest version 2.1.2 on a pc with a i5-2500 and 4GB RAM. Windows 64-bit Version as administrator.

The whole app has 189 mobi-files, but it crashes not at the same file, while collection linked documents.
Crashes perhaps is the wrong word, it stoppes and I can go on and work normally.
So I don’t think that anything is in the log file.

I hope that this information is enough, or should I send you all the mobi files? This is nearly 60MB.

OK, I have seen that he always stopped at the file, that I have attached.

    Hi Fillauer,

Could you try temporarily renaming the file so that it is not referenced by any other .mobi file. Then run a build and see if it fails at another point. Also could you attach your .log file? (located at <user-home>/.mobione/runtime/.metadata/.log)

I have renamend the file, but now he stopped at another file. I have attached the log file as zip, I hope that you can find anything interesting :-).

    Hi Fillauer,

Please try increasing the memory settings. See next thread to learn more about it:
