I think i’ll buy MobiOne, but i don’t get it, am i able to put up my app on Appstore after i’m done? In that case, how?

Apple imposes certain requirements and restrictions on appstore submissions.
The first requirement is that your application must be a native iOS application
built on Mac OS/X hardware. We are currently developing an extended version of
AppSync that will build your MobiOne application as an appstore compatible
version. We expect to provide this service near the end of Q2, 2011.When will you be AppStore compatible?
I will buy this excellent progammme once I can upload to Appstore.

We had hoped to debut such capability by now but our ipad design and testing enhancements have taken much longer than originally anticipated (1.2 release planned for tomorrow, Thurs). We will be working on native build enhancement next.As MobiOne apps are not compatible with AppStore at present can anyone tell me if it is possible to deliver a MobiOne App from my own website?
The App in mind is educational, free and intended for medical students at the local universities and hospitals and has been comissioned by one of the university professors.
I have been building websites for over 12 years and just need some code to deliver an app when someone clicks on a link.
Can anyone help with this please as it would resolve the current incompatibility situation.
