Can not install MyEclipse 3.8.2 on my WinXP box [Closed]

    I click on EnterpriseWorkbenchInstaller_030802.exe and after unpacking I get MyEclipse 3.8.2 I get this error: Any idea?

    Are there any exceptions in the Eclipse log file?

    The problem is likely that the version of Java that’s being used to run the installer is a very old one; probably the the Windows version stuck in the WINNT directory or something. Please see this thread for the remedy:

    Thanks! That helped. I had old java path in my enviroment variables, so it picked the wrong one…
