I delete the dir from file system, and modified the metadata file.
the WebRoot still there. I import WebRoot from other CVS with different name , and would like to remove it. 😡

You forgot to change your Output directory, Eclipse will keep recreating this until you change the output dir.

Everything I did is right. Today I turned on computer, and found the problem goes away.
My problem with myclipse is that it may not stable. for example, I have a error sign in the
project, whereas, all errors was cleaned already, but the sign still on.
