I’ve seen the other posts on problems with starting the Glassfish v2.1 application server from ME (it doesn’t work for me either).

I downgraded to Sun’s previous release (sjas 9.1UR2) and while that server will start properly, ME will not auto-deploy my web application.

I downgraded to the version previous to that (sjas 9.1UR1) and that server will start and ME will auto-deploy my web application as desired.

I have no idea what the problem is, but it would be nice to get a ME fix to support these later releases. I’m using ME v6.6GA at this point and don’t want to upgrade to 7.1 just yet.

Sorry for the inconvinience. You are correct, MyEclipse had a connector problem with Glassfish v2.1. This is fixed, and is currently under QA. We plan to release this with ME 7.5. In the meanwhile I would suggest you to work with Glassfish 2.0 or earlier. Thanks for your support and patience.
