Hello,
I’ve entered my user name and subscription code on a new computer on which I’m trying to install MyEclipse.
Although there’s no error after entering user and sub. code, the “Finish” button is not enabled so I can’t actually complete the registration.
What is going on?
Please help with suggestions as soon as possible!

The finish button gets enabled when you enter a valid user name and subscription code. If you have entered any one of these values incorrectly, the finish button will not get enabled. Entering a random user name or subs code will not enable the finish button. So I would like you to make sure you entered the correct information.Are you facing this issue on Mac?
Does entering the subscription information directly in the .myeclipse.properties file work for you?

I wasn’t entering my current code. I just resolved this a few minutes ago with your subscription department and was getting ready to update this thread.
