    Hi

I posted this yesterday. I got a private reply asking me to attend some on-line thing which I declined. I am still unable to install plugins.

Basically, when I try to install plugins, I get repeated NTLM authentication proxy dialogs, despite the fact that I entered it once when I logged in and have asked for them to be saved.

I managed to struggle on yesterday but I desperately need my plugins so I am going back to Eclipse.

This is a great shame. 12 months ago you had a great product.

I am now going to uninstall MyEclipse until I hear of a fix to the problem. IN the meantime, could someone tell me where I can get a refund ?

    Chris,

In 2 separate threads and 1 PM I’ve provided instructions on how to use different compatibility modes to accomplish better behavior behind some NTLM proxies — every time I’ve provided that information I have yet to hear back from you on how those instructions either worked for you or didn’t — all I’ve seen is more threads opened for the same issue over the last 3 days. I’m not entirely sure what else to do as I have no idea how my workarounds are working for you yet.

You can email subscriptions@genuitec.com to request a refund, it will be issued right away.

The first reply you refer to about compat mode was supposed to help me install 7.1.1 which worked. Which I pointed out in a separate reply. (Although I physically had to remove 7.0 because the installer broke and myeclipse wouldn’t start).

I don’t know what the other thread is.

This issue is a NEW one. I opened a thread which I got a private reply to, asking me to a meeting. The thread was removed so I wasn’t sure what to do next, other than repost it. I expect that you removed it because you expected me to turn up to your online meeting.

Frankly, I have spent too much time during the 7.0 release helping to sort out your NTLM problems.

This issue, to reiterate, which you have so far given me NO guidance on is the fact that I see upward of 47 dialogs asking me for NTLM authentication dialogs when trying to install subclipse. This is broken because in 7.0, I entered the information only once.
