Hi,
I can start/stop websphere 5.1 from myEclipse 4.0 in Eclipse 3.1.
Then I deploy my web application as exploded archive to websphere, and it said success, I can see it is copied to ${WAS_RUNTIME}\installedApps\localhost\myapp.war
But I can’t see this application when login to the websphere admin console.How can I make it work?

WebSphere configuration is a bit odd. We have a tutorial that goes over how to configure logging in WAS 5.1 here. After you have logging working OK, we have a WebSphere 6 tutorial that covers how deployment works. It’s really the same as for WAS 5.1, except that the IBM management console has been modified a bit for WAS6. The steps are the same and should get you going, however.
