when i downloaded 1717kb,it stopped.THe type is MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench 4.0.3 GA for Windows 98/2000/XP (10/25/2005).
did u meet with the same problem ?

If you are behind a proxy this could be casuing your download to fail.

thanks,i had downloaded it after having many times try,i didn’t use a proxy ,we just use a small root in the domitary which connected a modem.thanks

The only thing I can suggest is to try and download MyEclipse outside your dorm, maybe at the library, then burn it to a disk and bring it back to your computer and install it.
