I am testing this software with a view to buying. I designed a page with some text, a combo box and a few buttons, and generated the HTML, CSS and Javascript files using MobiOne. I set up my Xammp web server to use these files. When I connected to Xampp with my phone, everything worked fine. The page was displayed as I designed it, however when i connected with my desktop browser, the page did not display correctly.
The text box was square, not rounded as in the design
The Combo boxes were missing, just the text was displayed
The indented text was displayed for the buttons, but no buttonsHow do I display the web page correctly on my computer’s browser? Can anyone help?
Hi malaugh,
Mobione apps are optimized to render in webkit based browser as chrome and safari. Can you tell us what browser are you testing on?
Update – I tried using Chrome, and the page display perfectly. I guess there are HTML5 features used by the Web Pages that are not supported in Firefox.
Glad that you can see your web page rendered fine. I suggest you to use chrome or safari to avoid waste time with firefox or ie. Marking thread as closed
