    I am attempting to distribute an iPhone App Build to other team members. At this time I can only download the app to my phone as the download/install phases fail on any other team members iPhones. There are no issues whatsoever when I do a build and install on my phone (3Gs).

    I am not a developer, programmer or IT person. I have purchased MobiOne and also purchased an Apple Developer credential. Everything has been fine until I have attempted to distribute to my team for review.

    I am at my wits end as this is a VERY time sensitive issue and I need help immediately! I would prefer to speak to someone on the phone as my instinct tells me that I have something setup incorrectly on the Provisioning/Distribution side at the Apple Developer profile.

    Please help ASAP!!

    @Pieter

    The issue lies in the configuration of the provision profile used to build your iOS app. iOS apps can only be installed using ad hoc distribution to devices who’s UDID is explicitly listed in the profile.

    See section 3.1 of the iOS Application Provisioning Requirements. We share apps internally all the time. I maintain a team provision profile (specifically a ad hoc distribution profile) that includes the UDIDs of all test devices, all developer and marketing team devices. We use an app like UDID Lite that makes it easy for someone to send me their device UDID by email.

    Let us know if you need more info.

    Hey Wayne, thanks for your input but I have checked and re-checked that my settings are correct and that my UDID’s are all listed etc. There is something in my settings I believe in my Provisional profile perhaps. Is there a way that I could get you on the phone and/or give you my sign-in info at Apple and you and I could review together to see where i might have gone wrong?

    I have no idea what else I can do and I’m at a total loss.

    I followed up by email. Note I removed your contact info from original post to minimize spamming.
