Hi,

The line above appears in the weblogic-cmp-rdbms-jar.xml.
In Eclipse the line is marked with as an error: “Invalid argumanent or cannot assign requested address”.
To remove the error message, a proxy address could be installed, but I have no proxy. How can I solve this ?

Harry,
You can add this entry to your XML Catalog, and download the DTD and put it somewhere locally on your filessytem.
