Hi Suresh,
As you found Copilot4Eclipse is not yet available from the Eclipse Marketplace (20231122). We are currently waiting for the Marketplace team to approve and publish the Copilot4Eclipse entry. We had hoped to have this completed by now but stuff happens. We will update you as soon as the the plugin is available on the Marketplace or provide an alternative installation process to that of the Marketplace
