When I need to setup a server for deployment. Nothing showing in MyEclipse menu for prefrences.

I go to project Properties and click on server and it say
Set the runtime target and default server for the project.
This project cannot be deployed to a server.

If I click the server deploy button. it says no enabled servers setup.

How can I get this to work?
    Eclipse 3.1.0 build I20050627-1435

    Myeclipse IDE version
    4.0.0 GA
    Build-ID 2005829-4.0.0-GA

You’ll need to set up an application server connector for the server you’d like to deploy to. You can find out all about how to do this in our Application Server Quickstart that is our documentation section here: http://www.myeclipseide.com/ContentExpress-display-ceid-67.html

By the way, the same documentation is contained in the product at Help > Help Contents > MyEclipse Application Developer Guide.
