Hi,
I upgraded to 2017 last year but discovered I left 2016 in place. When I tried to uninstall I get a popup saying java was started but returned exit code=13.
Since installing 2016 I’m sure I’ve upgraded the main java on my windows 7 x64. Is there another vm or some option I need in the one-uninstall.ini file or how can I cleanly uninstall 2016?

Sorry that you are seeing problems with the uninstaller.
You can manually delete the associated files if the MyEclipse Uninstaller fails for some reason.
Please refer to this FAQ for instructions to manually uninstall MyEclipse :
https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/installation-how-to-manually-uninstall-myeclipse/It is okay to have previous versions of MyEclipse installed in your machine. You do not have to uninstall the previous versions as long as you install newer versions to a different folder alongside your existing MyEclipse installations.
