I’m about to buy the program, I need to capture an image of my own gallery or camera and send it through a form to my server, but can not find the components of an input form files to do so.
You can do this with mobione?
Examples exist? tutorials?

Yes you can access the Cordova (formerly Phonegap) apis directly from JavaScript. PhoneGap 2.2 apis are currently available. See Camera API
