For those of you having this problem, it is a known bug that (somehow) slipped through QA. We are going to try and release a quickfix Monday to take care of this and other last minute bugs.
We sincerely appologize for the inconvenience, we all cursed pretty loudly when we noticed this RIGHT after the release and many weeks of beta testing.

I closed myeclipse, extracted the patch to C:\program files\myeclipse.
Upon restarting I get
Error Running Operations window
Structured Builder (Error: An internal error occured during: ” Structured Builder”.)
An internal error occured during : Structured Builder
…NoclassDefFoundError:com/genuitec/eclipse/easie/core/iAppServer
com.ibm.sse.mode.internal.builder.StructuredDocumentBuilder.add(Unknown Source)

GregI closed myeclipse, extracted the patch to C:\program files\myeclipse.
When you did that were you prompted to ‘overwrite’ files?
Also Greg, make sure you applied this quickfix to 3.8.4, not 3.8.3. If you had 3.8.3 previously then you need to do a full upgrade.

Did you start Eclipse after installing it with the -clean argument per the instructions for the quickfix?
