Hi,

In MyEclipse 5.0 we have an option to enable “Check digital signatures”.

My Question is:

Do we have the same option in MyEclipse-7.0?

If Yes please provide the location so that i can configure accordingly.

Could you upload a screen shot where this option can be seen in MyEclipse 5.0. You can hit the pm button and send me the screenshot.

You can go to Windows -> pref -> gen -> caps and check “Classic Updates”. You will then see this option.

Hi Team,

After Enabling “Classis Update” option we are getting 3 “Software Updates” under Help.

1.Software Updates –> Find and Install
2.Software Updates –> Installed Software,Available Software
3.Software Updates –> Add/Remove Software

My Question is Which software updates we have to use to install our plugin?
As of now we are using the “Software Updates –> Add/Remove Software”(option 3) in which everything is working fine.Is this MyEclipse recomended way of installing plugin?

We want to know which is MyEclipse recomended way of installing plugin in the above 3 options?

Gerard,

The recommended way of installing plugin is Help > Software Updates > Add/Remove Plugin. You can either use add site if you have an update site of plugin. Or if you can download the plugin/feature, you can drop them under [MyEclipse installation dir]/dropins.
