Hi,
I am running MyEclipse 7.5 and whenever I run the Help -> Check for Updates, it always failed. Below is the log of the error. Can you please help me to resolve this problem. Thanks.

1. Can you copy and paste your installation details? To get the same, from MyEclipse IDE click on the menu item – MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Detail.
2. How did you install ME 7.5? Meaning – upgrade from ME 7.1/ME 7.0 or earlier version or a fresh install using all-in-one installer/manual installer or using pulse installed ME 7.5?

Initially I was downloading the ME7.5 but for some reasons the download was very slow comparing to the previous download of ME7.1 and often stop halfway through the download. After several attempt, I decided to use the upgrade feature from my ME7.1. This is another issue I am not sure what changes have been made from your server.
3. I am not behind a proxy/firewall.

Thank you for the details. Your installation details looks good. Looks like there are dependency issues. To do a quick fix, I would recommend you follow the below approach (provided you have uninterrupted internet access, if you don’t have steady internet access, it could be an issue).
1. Manually open pulse explorer. Look for ~\Genuitec\Pulse Explorer\pulse-explorer.exe. In case you don’t find it, please download the same from http://www.poweredbypulse.com
2. You will be prompted to login to pulse. In case you have pulse login, you can go ahead and use it, otherwise, you can login anonymously.
3. This will redirect you to the explorer. Expand “My Profiles”. Here it will list you “MyEclipse 7.5”
4. Right click on “MyEclipse 7.5” and click on [Re-install and run].Pulse will automatically resolve any dependency issues.
