Performed a manual plugin install onto a clean Eclipse. On restarting, I get two dialogs, on on top of the other. The one on top is the subscription warning dialog, but this does not have the focus. The one underneath says MyEclipse needs to restart to complete installation. If you ok this dialog, nothing happens, but the interface remains locked as if a hidden modal dialog had focus. Pressing buttons on the remaining subscription dialog results in error beeps and Eclipse can only be closed by killing the process.
Restart Eclipse and you get the same error. Move the MyEclipse plugin directory and Eclipse starts again normally.

Should resolve the issue right away. Also, under Vista please be sure to run MyEclipse with administrative privledges to avoid any issues.
