    How to activate “column mode” while selecting text in editor.

    I need to select and edit text in a “column manner” or in a “box manner”. For example

    out.println("<img src=pic00001.jpg><br>");
    out.println("<img src=pic00001.jpg><br>");
    out.println("<img src=pic00001.jpg><br>");
    out.println("<img src=pic00001.jpg><br>");
    out.println("<img src=pic00001.jpg><br>");
    out.println("<img src=pic00001.jpg><br>");
    out.println("<img src=pic00001.jpg><br>");
    out.println("<img src=pic00001.jpg><br>");

    How can I delete the first zero in every file name abowe, like in a “column”. It may be hudred of similar rows.

    Regards, kalle-lumi

    Oh I see,

    Is there a way to record key strokes or to handle small macros with similar effect?

    If not, I would like to put this on your wish list for new features

    Cheers, kalle-lumi

    You can use the normal find & replace function and specify a regex to find what you want to change.
