I have just completely reinstalled a fresh version of Eclipse and MyEclipse.
I am using Tomcat 5 as my Application server. It seems well defined in the /window/preferences/myeclipse/Application servers: all Tomcat directories well defined, no optional argumments, “Enabled” checked, JDK 1.5 Ok, etc. No error messages, data is pertistent.
Manually starting Tomcat works fine.
But when I try to define deployment for a J2EE Web Project, the “Add” button doesn’t show any server at all (or any error for that matter), and no server appears in the list. Same results aftert restarting MyEclipse.
Another problem: I am getting menu items with percentage character (ex: under Window, %ActionSet.menu, and in Preferences/Workbench: %PreferencePage.name): Is this normal?
