    Hi,
    in Windows->Preferences->MyEclipse->Application Servers I can configure Tomcat4 and Tomcat 5. This works fine.
    Now I have 2 Projects, one running on Tomcat 5, one running on Tomcat 5.5.
    Is there a possibility to configure 5.0 and 5.5 parallel?

    Yes, but you need to be using MyEclipse 5.0 Milestone 2 or newer. You can setup “Launch configurations” for each server as outlined here:
