Hi,
I’ve been using the trial version of 5.0 until it expired today, then went to the website and paid for a pro sub with a cc. I printed the receipt page, but how long does it take to get me a code? My account is still showing as a guest and that I don’t have a subscription.

You should have gotten the subscription code in your email immediately after. Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder. We have had users go crazy before and get really mad only to find out that their junk filter was eating all the replies from our subscription department.Lastly, you can email subscriptions@genuitec.com with your request and they can reply with your code for you. Sorry for the trouble, and we surely appreciate your business.
