    Hi. I’m using MyEclipse 5.0 with OC4J 10.1.2.0.2 and would like to find out whether it’s possible and where to change MyEclipse config to submit .ear as a deployment package. The default, it seems, is .war deployment package(and you must deploy in auto-deploy directory!) and I couldn’t find a way to change this setting so MyEclipse accepts .ear deployments… Any suggestion? Thanks.

    You will need to create an Enterprise Application Project and add your Web project to it as a module, then you can deploy that EAR. Please have a look at our EAR tutorial here:
