OK, I downloaded the Eclipse 3.4 classic and the MyEclipse 7.0 Archived Update. It appears that I successfully installed

    1) 7.0 Workbench…
    2) Matisse…
    3) ICEFaces…

… but my old MyEclipse 6.5 directory had

    eclipse
    jre
    myeclipse

… sub-directories, whereas my new (manually created) MyEclipse 7.0 directory only has…

    eclipse

… sub-directory that was created when I unzipped eclipse 3.4 into MyEclipse 7.0.

When I start the program I get the Eclipse logo, not the MyEclipse logo I’m used to seeing.

Can I just move over the MyEclipse and jre libraies and expects to work the old way?

    Hey douglasmhurst,

The way to get the MyEclipse splash screen is you need to actually launch the MyEclipse product.

Go to your eclipse directory where you see eclipse.exe and eclipse.ini. Edit your eclipse.ini and find the line that says “-vmargs”. Just *above* the -vmargs insert a new line and add the following

    -product
    com.genuitec.myeclipse.product7.ide

Save off this file and then double-click eclipse.exe again and you launch the MyEclipse product and this should show the MyEclipse splash screen.

Thanks for your quick response. Please cancel. I was able to do the All in One, then used the Archived update for the Matisse, etc.
