[Closed] Myeclipse validators hang on clean build

Often when I do a clean build on one particular project, the myeclipse validators hang until I kill the process. I can’t even cancel the validators with the cancel buttons in the progress window. I’ve actually disabled the following validators to work around this:

EL Syntax Validator
HTML Syntax Validator
JSP Semantic Validator (JSF) – (not sure why this even runs since this isn’t a JSF project)

I’m starting eclipse with:

-vmargs -Xmx1024M -XX:PermSize=64M -XX:MaxPermSize=128M

We’ve made some improvements in the upcomming 5.0.3 release that will either fix these issues or allow you to work around them. We should have that release out next week.
