[Closed] Not checking my Java Syntax within JSP files

    Hi.

    I have some problems finding out how to enable syntax checking for JSP Pages. the validation mechanism allows me to check the html syntax but it seems to ignore the JAVA code completely, although code completition is available in the scriptlets.

    i wasn’t able to find a corresponding topic in the forum.

    i am using Eclipse 3.1.1 with MyEclipse 4.0 on Windows XP PRO

    You need to be sure that “javac” is in your System PATH environment variable. This is what the JSP validator uses.
