    I’m using MyEclipse r5.5.1

I have a project that is using four user libraries. The user libraries were originally defined under the ‘Windows/Preferences’ dialog.

On opening the project today I’ve found that the user libraries under my project package explorer do not show the user library jar files. When I checked the user library definitions under the ‘Windows/Preferences’ dialog this does show the jar files for each user library.

I’ve tried changing one of the user library definitions to force a refresh of the project package hierarchy but this had no affect.

    What can I do?

I was unable to reproduce this at my end. Can you switch to a brand new workspace and try reproducing this condition there.

Can you list the steps you followed incase you are able to reproduce it.

    Thanks

The problem occured when I opened MyEclipse and an error message box appeared stating something about lost data in the workspace.

I then restarted MyEclipse and ever since then I’ve had this problem about the user libraries in the package explorer not including the related jars.

That means your workspace is corrupt. Have you tried cleaning your workspace using the -clean command? Also, did you try reproducing this issue in a brand new workspace?

    That worked – thanks.

    FYI:

This is a known problem with Eclipse, see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=152926
