Hello,
Is there a firm date for the release of 5.5 final?
I read in this forum the expected date was april 30.

Hi froses,
Initially the release date was suppose to be april 30 but the release date has now been pushed down by 2 weeks to perform some additional testing. Sorry about that.I believe that most, if not all ME subscribers are software developers and know/emapthize with you guys about the problems that are associated with delivering large software projects such as this. From what I have seen, between Genuitec, BEA, and Exadel you guys are far and away the best at delivering. So keep up the good work and don’t sweat the release dates too much (but keep up the agressive delivery schedules).
It was hinted to me that 5.5GA would be release by COB today. Obviously that didn’t happen. Any chance of a tomorrow release?
Found a last minute issue with previewing files, and should release later today unless anything else pops up.

What’s the procedure for upgrade? Should I unininstall 5.5 M2, then install 5.5 GA?
